GENERAL
These terms and conditions applies to private order (B2C orders) and purchases made through www.tellmemore.se. We encourage you to read these terms and conditions entirety before submitting an order. To place an order in the webshop you must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission. There are separate terms for the business to business shop.

A binding purchase agreement is entered as soon as an order confirmation has been sent from Tell Me More to the e-mail address you submitted. If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the webshop, Tell Me More will notify you of this by e-mail. If incorrect price information has been shown on the webshop you will be offered to either purchase the item at the correct price or cancel the order.


PRICES
The prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK), Euro (EUR) or Norwegian kroner (NOK) and the prices constitute the total price (including VAT), however, they do not include delivery costs or potential payment fees. Within Sweden the shipping cost is 69 SEK for order below 499 SEK, and free of charge when over 499 SEK. The shipping cost for deliveries outside Sweden is shown at the checkout page and vary between 200-300 SEK depending on the country.


NORWEGIAN CUSTOMERS 
Tell Me More AB is registered in the Norwegian Tax Administration’s VOEC register. All Norwegian private customers who shop at tellmemore.se are therefore covered by VOEC, Vat On E-commerce. For purchases below 3000 NOK, VAT is paid in Sweden at the time of purchase. The customer in Norway does not have to pay VAT on the product when it arrives in Norway. Please note that the price (3000 NOK) includes the value of each item, not the total amount. Read more HERE.


PAYMENT
We are using Klarna Checkout and are offering payments by credit or debit cards, Klarna Invoice, or direct payment. Click here to read more about Klarna Checkout and the different payment methods. Klarna Checkout is available for all countries.


DELIVERY
The shipping cost for deliveries outside Sweden is shown at the checkout page and varies between 200-300 SEK depending on the country. Delivery outside of Sweden is normally within one week by DHL and the package will be delivered to the nearest Service Point. If the package is too big or heavy for DHL Service point the package will be delivered to the address mentioned. Please note that the delivery will be to the door/gate during weekdays. DHL will contact you to schedule the delivery.

Within Sweden the shipping cost is 69 SEK for order below 499 SEK and free of charge when over 499 SEK. Delivery within Sweden is normally within 3 days by DHL. Packages under a weight of 20 kg and a length under 150 cm are delivered to the nearest Service Point. Packages over a weight of 20 kg or with a length over 150 cm will be delivered to the address mentioned. Please note that the delivery will be to the door/gate during weekdays. DHL will contact you to schedule the delivery. 

Do not collect damaged packages without notifying the damage directly to the delivery point or the driver, and make sure to get a receipt of the notification. If a delivered package is not collected, Tell Me More reserve the right to cancel the order and charge a fee of 150 SEK to cover the cost of the shipping and processing.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You are always entitled to return your item(s) within 14 days from the time of delivery. For the return to be accepted, the returned item(s) must be essentially in the same condition in which they were sold and with any seals intact. You can choose to follow the steps below or make a return/exchange in our store in Gothenburg. For orders outside Sweden, the return fee is paid by the customer.

For orders within Sweden:
Follow these steps to return an item:

1. Email webshop@tellmemore.se if you want to make a return. We will send then you a shipping label.
2. Fill in the accompanying return form and enter the return code for the product(s) you wish to return.
3. Pack the product(s) carefully in the original packaging with the labels still attached.
4. Tear off and place the return form and the product(s) in the package. Stick on the return slip and hand in at a DHL agent.

For orders outside Sweden:
Follow these steps to return an item:

1. Fill in the accompanying return form and enter the return code for the product(s) you wish to return.
2. Pack the product(s) carefully in the original packaging with the labels still attached.
3. Send the package to the following address:

For orders outside Sweden, the full return fee is paid by the customer. Please note that the financial responsibility for the return items is yours until it reaches us. Tell Me More will repay the price of the item through the same payment method as used for payment, as soon as possible after that the item is returned and received by us.

DAMAGED GOODS AND CLAIMS
If a product is defective or damaged, please send an email to webshop@tellmemore.se with a short description and a picture of the item. We will then get back to you and help you further with your case. In case of a claim, you do not pay a return fee.


COLOURS
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the webshop in detail reflect the colours in reality. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and computer settings.

PERSONAL DATA
Tell Me More handles your personal information in accordance with the applicable provisions of the European union's General Data Protection Regulation (2016/679) where the purpose is to protect your personal privacy on the Internet. Your personal information, which you declare when ordering, will be registered in our systems in order for us to fulfill our commitment to you. The personal information is protected by Tell Me More and will only be shared with third party if it is necessary to fulfill our commitment to you. A third party could be, for example, providers for distribution or payment systems. Any communication via email will be documented in order for us to give you the service that you can expect from us. FORCE MAJEURE
At events that are based on so called liberating circumstances such as amended legislation, industrial disputes, fire or flood, we invoke force majeure.
